UPON YOUR ARRIVAL:
If you are flying and have not already done so, you can make shuttle reservations between the Denver Airport and Fort Collins with Green Ride, details at http://www.isbworldoffice.com/convention-transportation.asp. Reservations are required for your return trip to the airport, and are encouraged both ways. Shuttles might be full if you make your reservation upon arrival. If you are flying with a bass in a trunk, there is no place to leave your trunk at the airport due to security concerns. Green Ride has an option to share a chartered van, or you can rent a vehicle large enough to accommodate your bass in a trunk.
Pack a jacket for cool evenings, comfortable walking shoes and be sure to drink plenty of water to acclimate to the mile-high altitude.
ON-CAMPUS PARKING: An on-campus parking pass for the convention week is included with on-campus accommodations, good for any green Q, W or X lot, or any yellow Z lot. Those with handicapped documentation and a parking pass will be able to park in any parking space in any A, B, W, X, or Z lot. Neither the ISB nor the University will be responsible for parking fines incurred by attendees. For those staying off campus, you can purchase your week-long parking pass for $5 at the registration desk.
MEALS: The Ram’s Horn Dining Hall in the Academic Village will also be open for three meals a day, seven days a week beginning with breakfast on Tuesday, June 2nd (vegetarian and gluten-free choices available) through breakfast on Sunday, June 7th. Cash, credit card or debit card accepted. $14.65 per meal (breakfast included with on-campus accommodations).
Dining hall hours are breakfast, 7-9 AM, lunch 11 AM – 1:30 PM, and dinner 4:45-6:30 PM (those in line for dinner by 6:30 PM will be served).
The Wild Boar restaurant and coffee shop is a short walk from the CSU University Center for the Arts. If the Ram’s Horn Dining Hall is not open, there are some alternate dining opportunities at the Lory Student Center on campus:
